Conventional 6-zone monitor modules are used for equipment control conventional alarm. 6-zone monitor modules are addressable using decadic selectors. Monitor modules occupies 6 consecutive module addresses from the selected one. The position setting is selected with the rotary-decadal selectors from 1 to 99. Independent line monitoring of line continuity with 3K9Ω zone line end resistance and presence control external power. Modules are externally powered with 24V DC voltage externally resettable.
On the front of the monitor module boards, there are LEDs for communications and independent alarm by zone. Zone modules are used to control conventional operating alarm equipment at 24V DC and consumption alarm, connected to detection lines supervised, which are controlled independently from the central analog. The electronic circuit must be powered by an external source supervised, stabilized and short-circuitable at 24V DC with emergency batteries, to avoid failures due to voltage drop. Through the module, conventional detection lines are monitored and controlled, being possible to reset the module by resetting the panel and the equipment connected to modules by temporary external voltage disconnection auxiliary power supply.
The LED of each circuit flashes in standby and lights steadily when the equipment goes into alarm, upon receipt of an activation condition of the sensors, equipment or buttons connected to it. 6-zone monitor modules are compatible with most analog control panels by Morley-IAS. Connection of zone lines can be looped open with end of line (style B with 6 zones) or closed (style A with 3 zones).
