The 4G/2G Plug-in Communication Modules enable RISCO Control Panels to communicate via 4G/2G networks for reporting, control and remote programming. It can be used as the primary communication or as a back-up for the IP and Wi-Fi communication module. The module supports the SIA/IP, SIA and Contact ID reporting formats.
The modules support parallel notification and reporting of events to RISCO Cloud, Monitoring Stations and Follow Me destinations (via email and/or SMS) as well as remote access to the panel using CS for configuration and diagnostics.
Plug-in communication modules enable real-time communication and reporting via a choice of options, email alert, SMS or voice, and reporting formats. Modules also support remote access to systems and control panels for configuration and diagnostics, allowing installers to access the panel remotely.
The plug-in modules are compatible with RISCO’s LightSYS+ and LightSYS Air.
